Food Safety Lunch & Learn

On May 5th at 11:30am to 12:30pm at the O’Connor Center (611 Winona St.), join us for a FREE Lunch and Learn all about food safety! Kevin Clark, Director of Environmental Health Knox County Health Department, will give an overview of what they do at the health department and talk about food safety in home kitchens and restaurants. He will discuss foodborne outbreaks and how to dine out safely.
