AmeriCorps

Our National Service Program

Each year, CAC AmeriCorps enrolls individuals from across the nation to serve at organizations making a difference in Knox, Blount, Anderson, and Sevier Counties, and together they tackle the most pressing social and environmental challenges facing our community. At CAC, our AmeriCorps program offers an unique national service experience in one of the most picturesque and biodiverse regions of the United States. Service to others is a cornerstone of our culture, and our change-maker members build lasting outcomes and sustainable growth for our partner organizations. Members are provided an opportunity to connect to a large, multi-disciplinary cohort that shares a unifying commitment to taking action to improve the world around them. Our CAC AmeriCorps leadership team is passionate about building capacity in communities through people during their time with us and beyond.
