CAC Knox County Transit Provides general public transportation to medical appointments, employment, and other essential services for Knox County residents who cannot access the services offered by Knoxville Area Transit (KAT). There is a fee for services. Contracts are negotiated to provide transportation for the Office on Aging, Senior Nutrition Program, O’Connor Senior Center, TennCare, Department of Human Services, and other nonprofit programs. Wheelchair-accessible transportation is available.
