FOR HOUSEHOLDS SEEKING IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE: Applications must be received in person at our main office, located at 2247 Western Avenue between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
LIHEAP Online applications will only be accepted during the 1st-15th of every month, starting October 1, 2024 through July 15, 2025.
Online Applications are NOT for immediate assistance. If you are seeking immediate utility assistance then please contact our main office at 865-637-6700 or visit in person at 2247 Western Avenue, between 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday – Friday.
