Applications for the 2006 Knoxville News Sentinel Empty Stocking Fund will be taken at three locations:

East Center, 4200 Asheville Hwy
(in the Holston Shopping Center)

South Center, 522 Old Maryville Pike
(Vestal Boys & Girls Club Building)

West Center, 2247 Western Avenue
(L.T. Ross Building)

You may go to fill out your application to the most convenient location at the following dates and times:

Monday, November 20-Wednesday, November 22
8:30-1:00 p.m.

Monday, November 27-Friday, December 1
8:30-1:00 p.m.

Saturday, December 2 APPLICATIONS WILL BE TAKEN AT THE L.T. ROSS BUILDING ONLY 8:30-1:00 p.m.

Households applying for an Empty Stocking Fund Basket will need to bring the following:

1. Proof of Social Security numbers for EVERYONE in the home. (no exceptions)
2. Proof of rent or mortgage payment.
3. Proof of all household income, earned and unearned.
4. Proof of the amount of food stamps received.

If the proper information is not provided,
we will not be able to complete an application.
