Help Mobile Meals by Participating in March For Meals

March 17th, 2014

M4MMobile Meals always needs volunteers to deliver meals daily (Monday-Friday) and on Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Meals are delivered between 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. to Knox County seniors and people with disabilities. If you’ve never delivered meals but would like to give it a try with NO obligation, this is your chance!  You will go out on a meal route with an experienced volunteer or staff member who can answer your questions about volunteering while you both deliver meals. We are sure that you will find this to be a rewarding and positive experience – one we hope you will want to repeat.  If it is, just let us know, and we’ll work with you to find a route that works best with your schedule. If you decide that delivering Mobile Meals is not the best fit for you at this time, that’s fine.  There is no obligation to this trial volunteer opportunity! If you have any questions, you may contact us at (865)524-2786 or email our volunteer coordinator, Shelly Woodrick.
