The Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee, Workforce Connections division, has an immediate need for a full time CAREER READINESS SPECIALIST.  This person will work in Career Centers and other community locales administering WorkKeys Career Readiness Assessments.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include facilitating group orientations and individual interviews regarding assessment process, assisting with practice assessments and remediation/preparation, proctoring assessment sessions, and maintaining appropriate records.  QUALIFICATIONS include graduation from an accredited college and at least one year of related experience.  Experience with group facilitation/instruction preferred.  An equivalent combination of related work experience and education may be substituted for the education requirement. Reliable, caring person needed to work full-time or part-time. Available schedules include daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends. A valid Tennessee Driver's License and an excellent driving record are required. Must be able to assist passengers on and off the vehicle, including those with disabilities and those in wheelchairs.
